1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using CleanGuard ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

CleanGuard is a Chrome browser extension developed by Spider Corp that helps users block adult content and filter explicit material on social media platforms. The core extension is provided free of charge. A premium subscription tier with additional features is available for a monthly fee.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use CleanGuard. By using the Extension, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Free Tier

The free tier of CleanGuard includes:

• One-tap site blocking across 500+ adult websites
• Social Shield content filtering on 6 platforms
• Cooldown Lock with 30-minute redirect
• Streak tracking and shareable streak card
• 5-step disable friction system

These features are provided at no cost and require no account registration.

5. Premium Subscription

CleanGuard Premium is a paid subscription that provides access to additional features including accountability partner alerts, streak freeze, scheduled lock, custom blocklist, and behavioral insights. Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or bypass the Extension
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Extension or its features
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

7. Privacy

Your use of CleanGuard is also governed by our Privacy Policy. CleanGuard does not collect, sell, or share your browsing data. All blocking and filtering occurs locally on your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CleanGuard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will block all explicit content or that it will function without interruption. Content filtering effectiveness may vary across platforms and over time as platforms update their structure.

9. Limitation of Liability

Spider Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CleanGuard. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of CleanGuard after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes where possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kano State, Nigeria.
